However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not work perfectly in your space. Our returns policy is designed with our design-conscious customers in mind, offering flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our collections.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unassembled, unused, with original packaging and tags). Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- A 15% restocking fee applies to opened furniture packages
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened mattresses or bedding items (for hygiene reasons)
- Assembled furniture (must be returned in original unassembled condition)
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items within 15 days of delivery for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests are processed after we receive and inspect the original item.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your request
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package Carefully: Repack the item in its original packaging with all included materials
- Ship Back: Send the item to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt at our warehouse
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
