Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window: From delivery date
  • Original condition required: Unassembled, unused, with original packaging and tags
  • 15% restocking fee: Applies to opened furniture packages
  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs unless item is damaged/defective
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping fees

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Opened mattresses or bedding items (hygiene reasons)
  • Assembled furniture (must be in original unassembled condition)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the original item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
